This winter a new variety is planted; Zwiegelt!

It’s winter time at the winery so the place is in hibernation mode, however there is always something going on! We have planted a new red grape variety called Zwiegelt. This variety is notably from Austria and is widely grown there.

The variety is known for its grace and freshness with an exotic spice and floral characters. We hope to replicate these same qualities when it will be ready for harvesting.
